Tempura shrimp, slow-braised beef rib with Port wine, and a tropical passion fruit and mango mousse may seem to belong to entirely different culinary stories. Each dish appears to lead in a different direction, evoking different places, aromas, and experiences. Yet they are united by something deeply personal: the desire to preserve flavors that have stayed in the memory long after the journey itself has ended.

That is precisely the power of cuisine. It can become one of the most enduring carriers of memories and emotions. The new L’atmosphère Specialities menu, showcasing Ilona Świerczek’s culinary sensitivity, is a collection of such culinary postcards, captured not on paper but on the plate.

Three dishes await, offering an invitation to enjoy lunch before a flight or a satisfying business dinner that provides the perfect excuse for a little culinary small talk.
Tempura Shrimp served with creamy saffron mayonnaise, spicy sweet chili sauce, and teriyaki sauce with a distinct umami note.


Slow-braised beef rib served with an intense roasting sauce enriched with Port wine, accompanied by homemade potato pancakes, broccoli, and crispy fried onions.

For dessert, hotel pastry chef Marcin Wilga has created a tropical composition that brings the entire menu together in a wonderfully satisfying way. It is a sweet postcard sent from a place where the sun sets more slowly, fruit tastes more intense, and carefree summer holidays could last forever.
