This is not just a menu – it is a consciously designed journey, where each stage reveals a different dimension of flavor and a different part of the world on your plate.
The concept behind this weekly menu, complementing the seasonal à la carte offer, was created by Krzysztof Pojałowski – kitchen shift leader at L’atmosphère and a talented à la carte chef, who draws inspiration from his travels and translates them into the language of taste.
Your journey begins with crispy Vietnamese spring rolls, dipped in sweet chili sauce and elevated by the refreshing note of Korean kimchi, which adds character through its fermented acidity, while its deep umami gently draws you into a state of pure indulgence.
But this is only the beginning.
The next stop takes you to Japan – udon noodles, smooth and springy, with their signature chewy texture, paired with crisp bottle gourd and tender slices of beef sirloin prepared in a wok, stir-fried with pak choi, ginger, and garlic. The dish is enveloped in a delicate light soy sauce and sesame oil, bringing together and enhancing the rich, aromatic depth so characteristic of East Asian cuisine.
And for the finale – a sweet conclusion to the journey and a return to Southern Europe. On the menu: Sicilian cannolo filled with ricotta cream and a hint of raspberry, closing the experience with lightness and elegance, leaving behind a long-lasting, pleasurable memory.
