TRIBE Kraków Airport: A new hotel to open at Balice Airport.

The investment announced by Kraków Airport Hotel has entered its next phase. We are pleased to announce the signing of a franchise agreement for a new TRIBE hotel at Kraków Airport. The opening of the new property is scheduled for 2030.

TRIBE Kraków Airport will be built directly next to the airport terminal and will offer 170 rooms, a restaurant, a bar, a fitness centre, business facilities, and parking. Designed for both business and leisure travellers, the hotel will introduce TRIBE’s distinctive approach to social hospitality to one of Poland's key transport hubs.

Kraków remains one of the strongest hotel markets in Poland, supported by dynamic tourism and the development of Kraków Airport. In 2025, the airport handled a record 13.25 million passengers, and once the ongoing terminal expansion is completed, it will be able to serve up to 20 million passengers annually.

According to ACI data, in 2025 we were the fastest-growing airport in the European Union in the category of large airports serving between 10 and 25 million passengers annually. The new project will diversify the airport's hotel offering

Just like with the Hilton Garden Inn Kraków Airport project—the previous investment by Kraków Airport Hotel—the investor once again relied on the support of an external team of experts from Hotel Professionals when defining the investment parameters, selecting the brand, and negotiating business terms.

TRIBE Kraków Airport will join Accor's established network in Poland, which today encompasses 88 hotels across more than 10 brands.
