The new seasonal menu at L'atmosphere Restaurant & Bar, located in Hilton Garden Inn Kraków Airport in Balice, has just been unveiled. The original creations of Executive Chef Jacek Filipczyk tell a story of travel, freshness and respect for the product - a cuisine where the lightness of spring meets the intensity of summer flavours, and classics gain new, subtle interpretations.
The new menu is a culinary map of memories and experiences. Some dishes that gained recognition during L'atmosphere Specialities seasonal features are now becoming permanent menu items. Among them is the much-loved burrata with roasted cherry tomatoes served on naan bread - a dish that combines simplicity with depth of flavour.

The new menu also introduces a distinctive Chef’s Selection section - a tribute to classic hotel gastronomy, designed for guests seeking refined and expressive culinary experiences.
Three standout dishes define this category:
Surf & Turf platter - a meeting of land and sea. Tender, juicy beef tenderloin paired with grilled shrimp creates a harmonious composition, served with seasonal sides. A true classic that simply had to be included.
Beef striploin steak - a classic in its purest form. Served with green pepper demi-glace and a choice of sides: roasted potatoes, grilled seasonal vegetables or the signature Garden salad with mustard dressing.
Lamb cutlets - tender and succulent, served with Porto sauce infused with honey and wholegrain mustard, on creamy potato purée with salsify. The dish is completed with roasted fig and caramelised carrot - a composition full of depth and elegance.
The menu also features new fish dishes - an excellent gravlax of salmon marinated in green tea and roasted pike-perch fillet served with couscous, chicory sautéed with spinach, shallots and sugar snap peas, finished with a creamy caper sauce. Light, refined and perfectly paired with a glass of Prosecco Ca’ Tulio Extra Dry.

The new menu is not only about taste, but also conscious choices. The cuisine at L'atmosphere is based on fresh, local products and a shortened supply chain - aligned with the hotel’s sustainability strategy, recognised in 2026 with the MP Power Awards in the “Responsible Venue (ESG)” category.
