We are pleased to announce that Beata Dębska has joined the team of Hilton Garden Inn Kraków Airport, taking on the role of Head of Sales & Marketing. In her new position, she will be responsible for the development of the hotel’s sales channels and the Kraków Airport Hotel Conference Centre, as well as for brand communication and the coordination of marketing activities of our business hotel located at Kraków Airport in Balice.
Beata Dębska has been associated with the hospitality industry for over 20 years. She began her professional career at the front desk in her hometown of Szczecin and has since consistently developed her expertise in sales and marketing while working for renowned Kraków hotels belonging to international chains such as Accor, Vienna House by Wyndham, Radisson and Hilton.
Today, she combines her extensive experience with a holistic approach to the operation of a modern hotel.
As she emphasizes, hospitality is not only a profession for her, but above all a passion. She defines hospitality as the art of attentiveness to others - the ability to combine clearly defined business objectives with the highest quality of authentic hotel guest experiences.
