Hilton Garden Inn Kraków Airport closed 2025 with the best performance in its history.
78,000 guests, nearly 55,000 rooms sold, occupancy at 90 percent, and a year-on-year revenue increase of more than 10 percent.
This result is significantly above the average for Kraków hotels. According to the annual report “Hotel Market in Poland 2025” prepared by Hotel Professionals, the average annual occupancy rate in Kraków reached 77 percent last year - the highest in the country.

In the rapidly growing environment of Poland’s largest regional airport, the hotel managed by our company, Kraków Airport Hotel, continues to steadily strengthen its position among the leading players in Kraków’s hospitality market.
Record performance against a strong market backdrop
“Just like for the entire airport, it was an excellent year for our hotel. We have never achieved such strong results in the history of this property,” emphasizes Mieczysław Włosek, President of the Management Board of Kraków Airport Hotel.
Hilton Garden Inn Kraków Airport operates adjacent to the passenger terminal of John Paul II International Airport Kraków–Balice - the largest regional airport in Poland. In 2025, the airport served more than 13 million passengers, recording over 20 percent year-on-year growth in passenger traffic. Kraków Airport was also recognized as the fastest-growing airport in Europe in the large airport category (10–25 million passengers).
In this environment, Hilton Garden Inn Kraków Airport achieved close to 90 percent occupancy, translating into 54,721 rooms sold and more than 78,000 guests served.
The hotel has been consistently strengthening its position since the end of the pandemic. In 2022, it sold 41,700 rooms and welcomed 58,000 guests. By 2024, these figures had increased to 53,000 rooms and 75,000 guests, and in 2025 to 54,700 rooms and 78,000 guests respectively. Revenues grew by more than 10 percent compared to 2024 and by over 60 percent compared to 2022.
Location and an uncompromising approach to quality
“The location, highly valued by Kraków Airport passengers due to its proximity to the terminal and, at the same time, excellent connectivity with the city center, is undoubtedly a key asset supporting our hotel’s success,” notes Mieczysław Włosek. “At the same time, it is a challenge for the entire team to maintain very high service standards amid the steadily growing number of guests.”
The only hotel with direct access to the terminal
Hilton Garden Inn Kraków Airport remains the only hotel located on the grounds of Kraków Airport that is directly connected to the passenger terminal via a pedestrian footbridge, allowing guests to reach the airport in just two minutes. This convenience is highly valued by both leisure travelers and business guests arriving in Kraków for conferences and meetings.
With business needs in mind, the hotel features a 750 sqm conference center comprising 10 meeting rooms, enabling the organization of conferences, training sessions, and international business events on site. Guests from around the world can begin their meetings almost immediately after landing in Kraków.

The property is also home to the L’atmosphère Restaurant & Bar, highly regarded by passengers and corporate clients alike and repeatedly recognized in the prestigious Gault & Millau Poland guide. For many travelers, it is their first and last encounter with local products, while its Polish and European fusion cuisine has become a culinary showcase of the city.

The record-breaking performance of 2025 confirms that in the airport hotel model, success is driven not only by location, but above all by quality, consistency, and a strong organizational culture.
Hilton Garden Inn Kraków Airport proves that a hotel can be more than just a place to stay – it can become an integral part of the travel experience.
