Restaurant’s menu, rewared by Gault&Millau Poland Yellow Guide, is dominated by international cuisine with strong hints of traditional Polish and French cuisines. The menu carte changes according to the seasons and all dishes are based on fresh seasonal products from local suppliers. Dawid Grucel, Executive Chef – the member of National Polish Culinary Team, blends flavours exceptionally and combine current trends and culinary techniques with traditional Polish cuisine. In addition to aromatic meats, light soups and salads, the restaurant specializes in exquisite, beautifully served desserts. Additionally, our guests can enjoy choosing their favourite wine from a long wine list, which will satisfy the connoisseurs of this alcoholic drink. Dawid Grucel is a perfectly known executive chef on a culinary map of Krakow. Through cooperation with hotels’ restaurants all around Europe and national ones, he has a very fruitful experience and professional background.
Famous Gault&Millau Yellow Restaurant Guide is not strange for him. Dawid debuted in that popular guide in 2016 as an executive chef, and secondly in 2018 when managing Garden Restaurant. That was an absolute appreciation for his innovative culinary attitude. He also took a part as an expert in MasterChef Poland programme. He cooked for French embassy in Warsaw and now he is a team member in National Polish Culinary Team 2018.
An extraordinary linkage of tastes, dishes and his wide culinary knowledge are also an effect of his travelling. He experiments with international cuisine, composing local products and the wealth of seasonal tastes, fresh fruits and vegetables. Being a part of Krakow Airport Hotel Team he will be responsible among the others for continuing the cooperation with Ronald McDonald Foundation’s House – a part of company’s CSR policy.
